Jack Mullowney, a 1960s publisher of the Times-News in Twin Falls, Idaho, died Dec. 29, 2009, at home of natural causes, The Times-News reports. He was 91. Mullowney, who as an advertising executive was credited with creating the iconic Jolly Green Giant figure, later was a commodities trader.
